Reporting infringement
If you believe something on PoolRobots infringes your copyright, send us a notice through the contact form (topic "Something else") or email hello@infocedia.com. Please include:
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the exact page address (URL) and a description of the material;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review every complete notice promptly. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable the material and, where we can, tell the person who supplied it. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details explaining why.
Please do not send false claims: misrepresenting infringement may make you liable for damages.
